Western Canadian Horse Rescue Connection

The Western Canadian Horse Rescue Connection is based out of Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, and has been in operation since 2011. Previously, the WCHRC was a non-profit equine rescue organization known as the IERRS. The IERRS has placed over one hundred PMU foals and horses as well as many horses on and off Vancouver Island.

We now have a new angle on our involvement in horse rescue within Canada and that angle is to bring all BC and Alberta non-profit horse rescues together in order to better the chances of finding homes for "adoptables," as well as receiving donations for the horses in need within our network of reputable rescues.
